Are there any age requirements?
To attend Breakout as part of a group, you will need to be in year
seven of secondary school, or above. All youth groups must have
group leader of 18 years of age, or older.
How many Leaders can attend?
Several leaders may
attend the event, but we would suggest that you have at least
one male and one female leader if your group is mixed, and
you have
a minimum of 2 leaders for a group of up to 20 people.
You should aim to keep this ratio of leaders to young people
if your group has more than 20 people in it.
What about special needs?
Provision is being made
to make the site accessable for those with special needs.
Are young people from all backgrounds welcome?
Young
people from other denominations and backgrounds are strongly encouraged
to come and experience Breakout.
Can I come to Breakout on my own?
Yes, On Your Own” is there for you. Accommodation
is provided as part of Operation Friendship. To attend Breakout
by
yourself you will need to be 16 years old by 11th July 2008. |
