Cliff College provides
a very different atmosphere than previous venues for the Breakout
weekend.
For starters, the most obvious change is that the event is predominantly
outside. This does mean that if the weather is bad you will probably
get wet – so bear this in mind when packing your clothing! However
this disadvantage is overwhelmingly outweighed by the advantages that
the site offers Breakout.
Almost everyone will be on site – right
into the evening – so
when the final activities finish you probably won’t have
a long bus journey home
There is a greater feeling of belonging
by camping together and
sharing the campsite with groups from other areas of the country
The
team behind Breakout will be able to customise the venues to fit
the programme – and because we are designing the site to
fit the event it’ll help Beyond be the best Breakout yet!
The
MAYC team have previous experience of working at Cliff through
the highly successful 6:T Intense event.
Cliff College organise
their own Festival weekend every year with a campsite and multiple
outdoor venues.
If camping really isn’t your thing, some
indoor accommodation will be available, and we are just working
out the details for Operation
Friendship in surrounding churches. |
